    ½ cup or 1 stick soft margarine
    ½ cup vegetable oil
    1 ¾ cup sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 eggs
    ½ cup sour milk or regular milk and add baking soda


    ½ tsp baking powder
    2 ½ cup unsifted flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    ½ tsp cinnamon
    6 tbsp cocoa
    ½ tsp cloves
    Pinch salt


    2 cup grated zucchini
    1 12-ounce package chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Beat butter, oil, sugar, vanilla, eggs, and sour milk with mixer.

    Mix dry ingredients, add to creamed mixture, beat well. Stir in zucchini.

    Add ¾ of chocolate chips to batter.

    Pour batter into greased and floured pan. Sprinkle top with remaining chips.

    Bake at 325º for 55 minutes.
