    6 cups of flour
    5 cups of sugar
    2 teaspoons of baking powder
    ½ teaspoon of salt
    10 eggs
    2 cups of softened margarine
    2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
    2 cups of milk
    3 heaping tablespoons of baking cocoa powder

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.



    Prepare 3 loaf pans by lining the inside with aluminum foil, shiny side down and spray the inside with cooking oil.

    In a large bowl, add all of the dry ingredients, except the cocoa powder.

    Mix the dry ingredients together with a spoon.

    Add all of the remaining ingredients to a separate bowl and beat with an electric mixer until well blended.

    Add all of the ingredients together in the large bowl and blend together with the electric mixture until smooth and creamy.

    Remove 4 cups of the cake mixture and place in another bowl.

    Add the 3 heaping tablespoons of cocoa powder to the 4 cups of cake mixture and blend with the electric mixer until well blended.

    Pour the vanilla cake mixture equally into the 3 loaf pans, holding a small amount back.

    Pour the chocolate cake mixture on top of the vanilla cake mixture in blobs.

    Use a butter knife and once or twice, swirl the chocolate cake mixture down into the vanilla cake mixture.

    Pour the remaining vanilla cake mixture equally across the top of all 3 cakes.

    Place the 3 loaf pans on a cookie sheet and slide them into the oven.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of each cake comes out clean and dry.
