    Chocolate Zucchini Cake

    1/2 C. butter, softened
    1/2 C. vegetable oil
    1-3/4 C. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 C. sour milk
    2-1/2 C. flour
    4 T. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    2 C. zucchini, grated, and drained

    Cream butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla and sour milk. Mix, alternate with dry ingredients. Fold in well-drained zucchini. Add oil. Mix well.
    Bake at 350* 50 minutes, depending on size of pan.

    Cream cheese frosting:
    1-3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 T. butter, softened
    1-1/3 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    Pinch of salt
    Tad of milk
    Mix well~spread on cooled cake.

    Alternative Topping:
    (Add topping before baking)
    1/4 C. chopped nuts
    1/4 C. chocolate chips
    2 T. sugar

    Toss and mix well, sprinkle evenly on cake.
