    Cinnamon Orange Bundt Cake

    1 cup butter, softened
    1 cup sugar
    3 eggs
    1 cup sour cream
    1-3/4 cups flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tbl. grated orange peel

    Cinnamon Sugar:
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 tbl. cocoa
    2-1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    Orange Glaze:
    1/4 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
    1/3 cup sugar

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.

    In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light, and fluffy, at medium speed. Add eggs. Beat one minute at low speed. Blend in sour cream. Add flour, baking powder, soda and orange peel. Blend thoroughly. Spoon 1/3 of batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter. Cover with 1/3 of the cake batter. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar.

    Cover with remaining 1/3 cake batter.

    Cut through the batter with a knife to create a marbled effect. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until pick inserted into cake comes out clean.

    Cool 10 minutes in the pan. Invert onto serving plate. Drizzle with glaze, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

    To prepare glaze, combine orange juice concentrate and sugar. Boil gently for 4 minutes.
