List of Ingredients




3/4 cup Vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts { I use 1 cup }
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking sods
1 21ounce can cherry pie filling { you can use any kind pie filling you prefer.}


Recipe



Put in large bowl all the ingredients as they are listed above, then mix with a fork just until all are mixed together. Spray a 9x13 oblong baking dish with pam. Pour cake mixture in dish and bake in 350 /o oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until tested with tooth pick. remove from oven, use any kind of frosting you like. { I just sprinkle the top of mine with powder sugar. My Aunt made this cake and brought it to us. We all love it because it is so simple to make and so good and moist.
