1 pkg. chocolate cake mix

Frosting and filling:
1 large carton Cool Whip
1 large carton sour cream
1 cup confectioners? sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 (7-oz.) pkg. coconut


Recipe



Bake cake in 2 layers, according to package directions. Cool and split into 4 layers, cutting the rounded tops to level them. Mix all 5 frosting ingredients. Frost cake as a torte (tops of layers only, not sides). Stack layers, ending with a smooth (uncut) side on top. Use a springform pan to keep cake intact and build higher as needed with aluminum foil. Refrigerate tightly covered in a plastic cake holder for 4 days before serving. After 4 days, the cake will be moistened all the way through and delicious!
