1 pound butter
1 pound Confectioner's sugar
3 cups flour
6 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add sifted four and beat again. Pour into an ungreased tin and bake at 325 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
Frost with white icing and coconut or sprinkle with Confectioner's sugar.
