    Graham Cracker Pudding Cake

    2 boxes chocolate pudding mix
    Milk (as called for on pudding mix box)
    1 box graham crackers
    1 can whipped cream

    Recipe



    1. Prepare pudding according to package directions. Let cool. Cover the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch pan (or a deep 8-by-8-inch pan) with graham crackers. Spread on a layer of pudding about 1/2 inch thick. Top with crackers and then with another layer of pudding, repeating until pan is full. The final layer should be graham crackers. Refrigerate for a few hours or, better yet, overnight.

    2. Just before serving, decorate surface with whipped cream and serve with more whipped cream. Makes 8 servings.
