    Lemon-Blueberry Flan Cake

    1 (8 ounce) container soft cream cheese
    3 (4 ounce) containers snack-size lemon pudding
    1 (7.05 ounce) package flan sponge cake
    3 cups fresh blueberries

    Recipe



    Mix cream cheese and pudding until smooth.

    Place sponge cake on serving plate. Spread pudding mixture in center of cake. Top with blueberries. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until serving time. Cover and refrigerate any remaining cake.
