    Lemon Apricot Bundt Cake

    One package lemon cake mix
    1 cup apricot nectar
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/3 cup sugar
    4 eggs

    Glaze:
    2 cups powdered sugar
    3 tbl. lemon juice
    1 tbl. apricot nectar

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease one bundt cake pan.

    Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mix at medium speed for about 3 minutes. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

    Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until cake tester inserted into middle comes out clean.

    Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes,invert onto serving dish.

    For the Glaze:
    Mix the powdered sugar and juices together, prick holes in the warm cake and carefully pour glaze over the top of the cake.
