    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1 block (1 oz.) usweetened baking chocolate
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
    1/4 c. Hershey's Cocoa
    1 c. hot strong coffee
    Ice cream or whipped topping

    Combine 3/4 c. sugar, flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Melt butter with baking chocolate in small saucepan (I use double boiler) over low heat; add to dry ingredients with milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour int 8 Inch square pan. (ungreased).

    Combine 1/2 c. sugar, brown sugar and cocoa in small bowl; sprinkle evenly over batter. Pour hot coffee over top; do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Sever warm with ice cream or whipped topping (ice cream is best) 8 to 10 servings
