Mocha Meringue Cake

List of Ingredients
Meringue:
6 egg whites
1 1/3 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Chocolate Filling:
1/2 cup whipping cream
4 squares semi sweet chocolate
Coffee Filling and Topping:
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons powdered instant coffee
Recipe
Beat whites & sugar & vanilla together Line a cookie sheet with greaseproof paper Spread Meringue into two rounds approximately 9 inches X 2 inches thick Bake at 250 degrees F. for 1 hour......turn oven off and leave in the oven for 1 hour to cool.
Melt chocolate, whip the cream slowly add the chocolate.....spread on each layer of meringue, put in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Whip together, spread 1/3 between layers, assemble and coat the top and sides with the rest. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
