Not COFFEE Cake, Coffee CAKE!

1 box white cake mix (the kind with pudding in the mix)
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup mayonnaise (low-fat is fine)
1 cup water
3 eggs
2 tablespoons instant coffee crystals or instant espresso powder
Icing:
1 can prepared French vanilla icing
1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee crystals
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix everything but the icing ingredients together with an electric mixer until nicely blended.
Pour batter into a prepared (buttered and floured) 9" x 12" pan and bake 45 minutes, or until done.
Allow to cool completely. With the electric mixer, prepare icing by mixing the two ingredients together. Frost cake right in the pan.
Serving suggestion: Serve a square of Coffee Cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a 'Coffee with Cream' effect.
