3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant pudding and pie filling (any flavor)
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
Recipe
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12-cup bundt cake pan. Beat all ingredients in large bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl constantly, 4 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan. Cool completely. Spread with Glaze and, if desired, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
GLAZE
Mix 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 to 2 tablespoons milk until smooth and of desired consistency.
