Dry ingredients:
1½ C cake flour
3 T cocoa
1 t baking soda
1 C sugar
1/2 t salt
Wet ingredients:
5 T cooking oil
1 T vinegar
1 t vanilla
1 C cold water
Recipe
Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Fold in the wet ingredients. Pour the batter into a lightly greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
