½ c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 t. baking powder
2 eggs
½ t. salt
2 c. flour
1 t. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1 t. baking soda

Filling:
½ c sugar
1 t. cinnamon
¾ c. chopped nuts

Recipe



Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well, set aside. Sift together dry ingredients, add creamed mixture alternating with sour cream. Stir in vanilla. Grease and flour a 10” tube pan or 9x9” pan. Pour in ½ of batter, sprinkle with half of filling. Add the rest of batter and top with the remaining ½ of filling. Bake @ 350° for 40 minutes.
