1 No. 10 can Cherry fruit pie filling
1 Tbsp. Almond extract
1 box (5 lb.) Pillsbury Deluxe Dark Chocolate Cake Mix

• Combine pie filling and almond extract; spread in greased 18 x 26 x 2-inch baking pan. *

• Prepare cake mix according to package directions; pour batter evenly over cherries.

• Bake at 350 degrees F. in a conventional oven (300 degrees F. in a convection oven) about 40 to 50 minutes.

• Invert each portion as served; garnish with whipped cream/topping and maraschino cherry, chocolate curls or toasted sliced almonds.

• * Cherry mixture and cake batter can be scaled into each of two 12 x 18 x 2 1/2-inch baking pans.
