1 (18.5-ounces) Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Fudge Cake Mix
6 egg whites
1 cup water
1/4 cup Crisco oil
Confectioners' sugar, optional
Recipe
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Oil a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Flour lightly.
Combine cake mix, egg whites, water, and Crisco oil in a large bowl. Beat at low speed of electric mixer until moistened. Beat at medium speed 4 minutes. Pour batter into pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 28 to 32 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.
