EASY Rhubarb Cake

Cream:
1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening or margarine
1 egg

Add:
1 t. soda
1 t. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk or soured milk
2 c. flour
2 c. rhubarb


Recipe



Mix well and pour into greased 9x13" pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350* for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
