1 pint fresh strawberries cleaned and sliced (divide in half).
1 box white cake mix
1/2 cup water
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 (3 1/2 oz.) package strawberry gelatin

Recipe



Mix half of strawberries with other ingredients. Bake in greased, floured pan at 350 degrees (1 loaf pan or 2 round pans). Cool before icing.

Icing:
16 ounces of powdered sugar
1/2 cup margarine or butter

Whip margarine, add powdered sugar slowly and whip until smooth. Add remainder of strawberries, blend, and spread on cake.
