French Silk Chocolate Pie

CRUST:
1 Refrigerated Pie Crust (from 15-oz. pkg.)
FILLING
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, cut into pieces
1 cup buffer, softened (do not use margarine)
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
4 pasteurized eggs or, 1 cup refrigerated or frozen fat-free egg product, thawed
TOPPING
½ cup sweetened whipped cream
Chocolate curls, if desired Recipe
Prepare whipped topping with 1 cup milk and vanilla as directed on package, using large mixing bowl. Add remaining milk and pie filling. Blend, then beat at high speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Spoon into pie shell. Chill at least 4 hours. 10 Servings
