1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer cookies -- crushed
1/2 cup melted butter
16 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
12 ounces chocolate chips -- melted and cooled
4 egg -- separated
2 cups heavy cream


Recipe



Prepare crust by combing crumbs and butter and spread over bottom of a spring form pan; bake @350 degrees for 5 minutes.
Prepare filling by combining cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 teasponss vanilla ;mix until smooth.
Combine melted chips with egg yolks; mix with cream chees and blend with electric mixer until smooth.
Beat egg yolks with 1/2 cup sugar until stiff; fold into chocolate mixture.
Mix heavy cream untill stiff; fold into mixture; pour into crust; wrap well and freeze.
Allow to thaw for 1 - 2 hours before serving
