    The center of this cake is fabulous, gooey, decadent chocolate. It's an easy recipe that will please all, and impress everyone. People will think you spent all day creating this masterpiece!

    List of Ingredients




    8 Eggs
    12 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, melted
    12 oz. Powdered Sugar
    8 oz. Cake Flour
    12 oz. Butter, melted

    Recipe



    Combine the flour and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add the eggs one at a time and whisk together just until smooth. Add the melted butter. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips over hot water in a double boiler, then add to the cake batter mixture. Stir until JUST COMBINED. Pour the batter into greased 6 oz. individual molds and bake 18 - 19 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not over-bake.

    Recipe serves 10, but can be cut in half, to serve 5, with extremely wonderful results!
