    Batter:

    1/2 c. Milk + 1 tblsp butter (melted)
    1 c. Flour
    2 Eggs
    1 tsp. Baking Powder
    1 c. W. Sugar
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp.vanilla + 1/2 tsp. LEMON Extract

    Mix together and Bake in 9 X 9 pan.(white looking top)

    TOPPING
    5 tblsp. Butter,
    5 tblsp.Brown Sugar,
    3 tblsp milk,
    1/2 c. Coconut


    Recipe



    Mix. and pour on top of cooled cake and toast under broiler till brown
