    Incredible Cheesecake

    CRUST
    6 whole graham crackers (ground)
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1/4 cup powdered sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon

    CHEESECAKE
    4 8-oz pkg cream cheese
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    1 Tbl vanilla
    3 Tbl lemon juice (one lemon)
    Pinch of salt

    SOUR CREAM TOPPING
    1 pint sour cream (reduced fat may be used)
    2 Tbl sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    Juice of 1/2 lemon

    Recipe



    Crust: Mix and pat into a 9" springform pan that has been sprayed with vegetable spray.

    Cheesecake: Combine all ingredients. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.

    Sour Cream Topping: Combine all ingredients. Pour over cheesecake. Bake an additional 7 minutes.
