2 cups sugar
1 cup shortening
3 eggs
2-1/4 cups flour
1 cup lowfat lemon yogurt
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350�F. In a bowl, combine the sugar and shortening. Beat in eggs, then mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased and floured tube pans or 8x4 inch loaf pans. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool before serving.
