List of Ingredients




2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
5 tablespoons oil
3 teaspoon maple flavoring
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Topping:
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoon cinnamon
6 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons softened butter
1/2 cup nuts, optional



Recipe



Mix eggs, buttermilk, oil and maple flavoring together. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Combine liquid and dry ingredients. Mix together topping ingredients. Pour half of the cake batter into a lightly greased bundt pan. Sprinkle with half of the topping, then repeat. Bake for about 40 minutes. Test cake.
