    1 refrigerated unbaked pie crust (1/2 of 15-ounce package)
    1 package Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoons coffee-flavored liqueur*
    2 tablespoons water
    1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, optional

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 425°. Press pie crust into 10 or 11-inch tart pan. Prick bottom and sides thoroughly with fork. Bake 8 minutes until lightly brown. Reduce oven temperature to 350°.

    2. Combine brownie mix, oil, eggs, liqueur, water and cinnamon in large bowl. Stir with spoon until well blended, about 50 strokes. Spoon into crust. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until set. Cool completely.

    3. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

    *TIP: Omit liqueur; increase water to 1/4 cup. Stir 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules into batter
