    Mount Kisco Mandarin Orange Cake

    1 box of Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Yellow Cake mix
    ¾ cup vegetable or canola oil
    4 whole eggs
    1 small can (110z) drained Dole Mandarin Oranges

    Recipe



    Mix the first four ingredients together per the box instructions then fold in the drained Mandarin Oranges. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow cake to sit in the pans for five minutes then remove onto a cooling rack.

    Icing

    1 large package Jello vanilla instant pudding
    1 large can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    1 medium cool whip 21oz

    Mix the crushed pineapple and the instant pudding together then fold in the whipped cream. When the cake is cool, frost and devour! Since cool whip is a non-dairy product, you don’t have to worry about it spoiling if you let it sit out for an hour or so.

    Otherwise, I would refrigerate the cake
