3-4 C. Flour
3 Eggs
2 C. Milk
1/4 C. Sugar
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tsp. Salt


Recipe



Mix 3 cups flour with remaining ingredients until smooth. Add from fourth cup of flour as needed to make batter just smooth enough to fit through funnel. Heat vegetable oil to 375 degrees in heavy frying pan. Pour batter through small or medium size funnel (depends on size of your pan) move funnel around pan in the shape of a figure eight.
Cook until cake begins to brown through and turn. Cook until brown on both sides. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve with lots of powdered sugar and cinnamon or fruit and whipped cream.
