1 Yellow cake mix (substitute applesauce for oil)
1 med. Tub of regular Cool Whip
1 Pkg of instant vanilla pudding
1 can of crushed pineapple
1/2 cup of coconut (or more if you like more)
Recipe
Bake the yellow cake as directed and let completely cool.
Mix Cool Whip and dry vanilla pudding together with egg beater.
Totally drain the crushed pineapple and mix in with the cool whip/vanilla pudding mixture.
Add the coconut and mix very well.
Spread ALL the mixture on the cake.
Keep refrigerated.
