List of Ingredients




3 cups cooked pumpkin
3 eggs
13 oz. can evaporated milk
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. cloves
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 white cake mix
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/3 cup crushed pecans


Recipe



Mix all ingredients (except cake mix) and beat well.
Pour into 9 x 13" buttered pan. Sprinkle cake mix over the top and press in with back of spoon. Drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine over top. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup crushed pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. ENJOY!
