1 box Refrigerated Pie Crusts
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon Amaretto non-dairy creamer
3 cups mango, peeled and cut in small pieces
2 cups red raspberries
1-1 1/2 teaspoons margarine
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In 9-inch pie pan, place bottom crust. In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar and creamer. Add fruit and mix to coat all fruit. Place fruit mix in bottom crust and top with margarine in small dabs. Top with remaining crust and cut several vents to let steam escape. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 8 servings.
