1 box Angel Food cake mix (the one that the mix is altogether). Add 1 can of crushed pineapple (20 oz.). Mix by hand and pour into a 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with a vegetable oil. Cook in 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes, or until it is brown on top. This is great for dieters. Needs no frosting
