    18 Oreo cookies, crumbled
    1/3 cup melted butter
    1/3 cup milk
    1 cup evaporated milk
    1 cup miniature marshmallows
    1 (6-ounce) package chocolate chips
    Dash of salt
    1/2 gallon ice cream, any flavor

    Recipe



    Line bottom of greased 9-inch spring-form pan with crust made from crumbled Oreo cookies mixed with the butter and milk. In a saucepan, combine evaporated milk, marshmallows, chocolate chips, and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Cool slightly.

    Spoon 1/2 of ice cream into pie shell and drizzle 1/2 of chocolate sauce over it. Spoon on rest of ice cream and top with remaining chocolate sauce. Chill 4 hours or overnight. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before ready to serve.

    Serves 6 or more.
