Smooth as Silk Cream Cheese Pie

List of Ingredients




2 8-oz bars of cream cheese
3 eggs
2/3 c sugar
½ tsp almond extract

Topping
1 c sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 T sugar



Recipe



Beat first four ingredients until smooth and lemon-colored. Pour into a glass pie plate coated with cooking spray. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°.

Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes. Pour topping over pie. Return to oven and back 10 minutes at 350°. Cool completely before serving.
