    1 graham cracker crust
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    4 oz. frozen non-dairy whipped topping
    1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced thin
    1 cup strawberry glaze

    Recipe



    Slice strawberries and place on paper towels to drain. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping, blending well. Spread thin layer of glaze over bottom of crust. Place strawberry slices on glaze and cover with another thin layer of glaze. Gently spoon mixture over glazed berries in crust. Cover with dome and chill at least 4 hours.

    Serves 6 to 8
