    6 prepared Tartlette Shells
    2 cup Chocolate Ganche
    2 pt. Strawberries
    1 cup Apricot Glaze
    4 oz. White Chocolate

    Recipe



    Prepare and bake the tartlette shells. Allow to cool. Fill the shells with chocolate ganche. Wash the strawberries and allow to dry. Core the strawberries and cut in half and arrange on the shells. Heat the glaze and brush onto the berries. Garnish with white chocolate.
