    Upside Down German Chocolate Cake

    1 (18 1/4-ounce) box German chocolate cake mix
    1 cup shredded coconut
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
    3 1/2 - 4 cups powdered sugar (1 box)

    Recipe



    Mix German chocolate cake mix as directed on box. Sprinkle coconut and pecans on bottom of a greased 9x13-inch pan. Pour batter over coconut and pecans. In saucepan, melt margarine and cream cheese. Then add powdered sugar. Mix. Spread or drizzle this mixture over top of cake. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes or until done (leaves sides of pan).
