Valrohna Bittersweet Chocolate Cakes

4 ounces Valrohna chocolate or other good quality bittersweet chocolate
4 ounces unsalted butter
2 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
Recipe
In bowl, combine and melt chocolate and butter. Combine eggs and sugar and whisk until pale yellow. Now add flour whisking until well combined, then add to butter and chocolate mix. Butter 4 to 5 molds. Fill with batter full and bake for 8 to 10 minutes in 450 degree oven.
Makes 4 to 5 Individual Cakes
