Walnut Cake with Strawberry Glaze

4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 1/3 cup walnuts, ground
6 Tbls. all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1-10oz jar Strawberry Jam (seedless if possible)
1/2 cup 10x sugar
1 Tbls. lemon juice

Recipe



1-9" spring form pan

1. Grease and flour pan. Beat eggs and sugar until thick and wait 5 minutes; add vanilla.

2. Combine flour, nuts, baking powder and add to eggs gradually. Pour into pan and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.

3. While hot, pour jam over cake top. Cool.

4. Combine 10x sugar and lemon juice and drizzle over jam.
