Recipe Introduction


In addition to making a pound cake or fluted tube cake, you may also use this recipe to bake cake squares for parties, wedding cake layers and more. It has the consistency of a bakery-made cake.




List of Ingredients




1 (18 1/4-ounce) package cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup margarine



Recipe



Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or 12-cup fluted tube pan with non-stick cooking spray.

In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, flour, sour cream, sugar, milk and margarine. Beat to mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour, or until done.

Serving quantity: Serves 16.
