    Caramel Fudge Chocolate Cake

    1 (18 1/4-ounce) package chocolate fudge cake mix
    1 cup miniature chocolate chips, divided
    1 (12 1/4-ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping
    1 (11 3/4-ounce) jar hot fudge ice cream topping
    1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1/2 cup English toffee bits or almond brickle chips

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Stir in 3/4 cup chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until done. Poke holes in cake with a meat fork. Spread caramel and fudge toppings over cake. Cool.

    Frost cake with whipped topping. Sprinkle English toffee bits and remaining chocolate chips on top.



    Variations: Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
