Chocolate Mocha Cake

List of Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
1 and 3/4 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
2 cups brown sugar
1 and 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 and 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Wet Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup milk
1 cup boiling coffee
Recipe
1. Add all dry ingredients together and mix well
2. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla and mix well.
3. Add boiling hot coffee at the end and mix well.
4. Pour into a greased 8-inch tin and bake for approx. 50 - 60 minutes at 300 F. (I use a Bundt cake pan and finish off with powdered sugar and chocolate shavings).
