    1/4 C. sugar
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 C. evaporated milk
    1/2 C. milk
    8 1/2 oz. cream of coconut
    1/2 C. coconut flakes
    1 graham cracker crumb pie crust

    Recipe



    Combine first 5 ingredients; stir in coconut. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 350ºF for 50 to 55 minutes. Yield: 10 servings.
