1 pkg. devils food cake mix
4 eggs
1 tbl. vegetable oil
2 pkgs. (8 oz. ea.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Bailey's Irish Creme
1 container non-dairy whipped topping plus 1 tbl. Bailey's
1 Heath bar, crushed
Recipe
Grease and flour bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Reserve 1 c. dry cake mix. Combine remaining mix with one egg and add oil. Mixture will be thick and crumbly. Press into pan. Blend softened cream cheese and sugar. Add 3 eggs and reserved cake mix. Beat one minute at medium speed. Lower speed and add milk and Bailey's. Beat until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 60-70 minutes, or until top of cake is firm. Cool. Mix 1 tbl. of Bailey's into container of whipped topping. Spread whipped topping on top of cake. Garnish with crushed Heath bar. Chill completely in refrigerator or freeze and serve later.
Non-alchoholic directions: Delete 1/2 c. Bailey's and increase milk to a total of 1 1/2 c. Also, add 1 tsp. vanilla at the same time that the milk is added. Do not add 1 tbl. Bailey's to whipped topping.
Voila! Very easy!
