    1 (20-ounce) package cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, divided
    6 tablespoons butter, melted
    3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
    1 1/4 cups sugar, divided
    4 eggs
    2 teaspoons vanilla, divided
    1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
    1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
    1/2 cup whipped cream

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Place 30 cookies in resealable plastic bag. Crush with rolling pin to fine crumbs. Place cookie crumbs in bowl. Stir in butter until combined. Press into bottom of 10-inch springform pan. Chill.

    In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar on medium speed until creamy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well. Reserve 6 whole cookies for garnish. Break remaining cookies into large chunks. Stir into cream cheese mixture. Pour batter into pan over crust. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until just firm. Cool for 5 minutes. In bowl, stir together sour cream, cocoa, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Carefully spread over cream cheese layer. Bake for 5 minutes. Cover loosely. Chill. To serve, remove sides of pan. Place cheesecake on serving dish. Spoon 12 dollops whipped cream evenly on top. Cut each reserved cookie in half. Place 1 half on each whipped cream dollop.
