    Cream Cheese Brownie Pie

    1 unbaked pie crust (I used the refrigerated rolled one)
    1 box of Betty Crocker Triple Chunk Brownie mix (plus ingredients to prepare)
    2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 egg

    Recipe



    Mix together ingredients for brownies. Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1 egg together until creamy. Pour about half of the brownie mixture into the unbaked pie crust. Top with most of the cream cheese mixture, and swirl around with a knife. Top with remaining brownie mixture and swirl again. If it's not too full, put more cream cheese mixture on top and swirl a knife in it again. Bake at 350 for an hour or until center is done enough for you. I don't like gooey brownies, so I baked mine an extra few minutes.
