1 C butter, softened
3 C sugar
4 eggs
3 C flour
1/4 t baking soda
1 C buttermilk
1 t vanilla


Recipe



Preheat oven to 325.

Grease and flour bundt pan. Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well. Combine flour and soda. Add flour mixture alternately with buttermilk. Stir in vanilla. Bake for approximately 70 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. If desired, dust with confectioners' sugar.
