1 yellow cake mix
1 3-oz. package lemon Jello (also good with orange Jello)
� cup water
4 eggs
� cup oil
Recipe
Add Jello, water, and 1 egg to cake mix. Beat well. Add 3 more eggs and beat thoroughly. Add oil and beat well again. Pour into greased and floured 9� x 12� pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and prick the entire top of the cake (toothpicks work, or uncooked spaghetti�be careful not to break spaghetti off in cake). Immediately spread the top with glaze made of 2 cups lightly packed powdered sugar and the juice of 2 lemons.
Let cool.
